	Heat Content : > 5,000 BTU/lb. (2,000-5,000 may be accepted on a case-by-case basis)
	Halogens: < 2% (>2% may be accepted on a case-by-case basis)
	Compatibility: Must be compatible with other wastes typically handled by GRR
	PCB's: No detectible amount

Unacceptable materials: Corrosives, organic cyanides, sulfides, lachrymates,
mercaptans, listed pesticides or herbicides, explosives, radioactive, reactives
