| 5. | Representative Sample - One pint in a glass jar labeled with the generator’s name, the name of the waste as identified on the Profile, and the date the sample was collected. The sample must be shipped in appropriate DOT-approved packaging. Analyses from any lab that uses standard reference methodology and produces accurate and reliable data may be considered in lieu of sample. Specific information must be submitted with the analyses including the lab’s EQL’s or PQL’s. Contact your sales representative for further details. |

The typical turnaround time for approval is 2 weeks from the date all complete and correct paperwork and any required sample are received. For questions concerning approvals, please contact Sales/Customer Service at 803-496-2226. (Note that this facility is not currently accepting waste.)
